Dear friends,
I would like to add my welcome to those expressed by Emilio, who, it should not be forgotten, was one of the founding members of our Society, and also one of its presidents.
For centuries, the name Santiago de Compostela has evoked a place of pilgrimage, and above all a place where the many roads leading to it have enabled thousands, millions of people, over the course of time, to talk to each other, exchange ideas, get to know and appreciate each other… Today, it is children’s neurology that brings us together, just as the spirituality of this place brings us together. I wish you all an excellent stay and good work. Here, as elsewhere – and perhaps more so than elsewhere – this meeting will be held in a spirit of conviviality, friendly exchange and simplicity. I wish you all a good conference
